Help Required in AccPac Installation

Hi,


I am new to AccPac and have the following situations.

1. On one machine AccPac 5.4A is installing properly from WSSETUP but gives error after entering user name & password i.e. "VERSION CONFLICT BETWEEN SQLSRV32.DLL AND ODBCBCP.DLL"

2. On other machine it is not installing properly from WSSETUP folder and continuesly giving me error at the end of the installtion that environment variable path is not set.

Can anyone please tell me which variable is supposed to setup in environment.

1. Copy those 2 DLL's from another workstation, they're in C:\Windows\System32. This is a known bug with the 5.3 and 5.4 uninstaller, it puts back on old version of ODBCBCP.DLL.

2. Run Wssetup with Administrator privileges.

I've done 1,000 Wssetups, and never seen that message. What's the OS on that PC? Turn off all virus checkers, too.

Do you have a Path environment variable? I would assume so but just in case...

1. create ODBC, but sometime you can not create ODBC manualy. So i prefer to create it in registry or you can export ODBC file from another client (regedit) in which accpac is running and import it to another client.

2. Run Wssetup with Admin login, if not work then reinstal it.
