Can some body help what is the basic and exact difference between ADJ-IP and ADJ-ASAI?? and in which configuration they used? do we required license for these??

My second question is what are avaya adjuncts. I tried to read out avaya manual but a lot of material is available and i could not found the exact answers.

Those are 2 different CTI link types depending on what type of CTI solution you have. If memory serves, only use ADJ-IP. ADJ-ASAI is for an older type of integration that's not on AES.

Adjuncts are anything that needs info from the PBX live. Like a call recorder to get events to know when to record a call.

ASAI-IP = DLG links in AES. Many avaya customers use that for Genesys.
ADJ-IP = TSAPI/DMCC in AES. Many avaya customers use that for call recording.
