Hi,
At one site 3 ACR machines installed in Active-Active mode, the site tech is using to CRS to access ACR recordings and downloading. I tried to understand the exact working scenario of CRS but wasn't succeeded. Can somebody briefly explain how CRS read multiple ACR machines working in active-active mode, from which ACR machine(in these 3 ACR) which machine CRS will look first to search the recording??? by active-active i mean recordings are saving in each machine.

When you have multiple ACR’s you are able to configure a lot of options. You have 3 ACR’s and I am not sure why or if each call is recorded on all 3 recorders. Normally, there is a (network) design involved to make sure each recording is redundant but only uses as many dsp’s as needed. So my advice is to explore the design and go from there.
