Help Reqd on Viz Web Edition

We are facing following problems in the Visualizer Web:

1. Visualizer Web server enables to publish the viz, but while connecting to the Zero Foot Print - Client Edition, we are getiing an error stating 'Processor Error (1)'. It started after republishing the viz at the same location. It sometimes works fine if we republish it, but there is no guarantee for that.

2. Also, we were not able to Drill Through from the viewer to the IWR reports. Drill through is fine from Java Client to the IWR.

We are using ver7 MR2 Cognos package

I heard that Cognos viz 7 is having a big bug.
If your local settings in the server is not english , server may crash.
Same if your UpFront or Local settings in your computer are not English when using web viz.

Our Default Language is ENglish. Will it crash in that case??
