HELP: Repeated FATAL EXCEPTION 0E 0028:C000A488 on random occasions

How's it going, I am definitley lost on this one.

I have looked at every knowledge base article out there and haved tried different things but I can't seem to make this FATAL EXCEPTION 0E go away. It's been popping up here and there, any tips/info would be greatly appreciated. And if someone knows what area of the system is causing the error (Memory, Graphics Card), feel free to share. Thanks!

The fatal error has been coming up in random places but for the most part, it pops up when I am surfing the web with IEXPLORE and when I am starting up Windows. Any ideas? Thanks.
