help regarding using vb crystal control and api at same time

i want use the vb6 crystal report control with crystal 8.5 Api the print engine functions and all those stuff....the data access is thru btreive database which is direct...

i want to pass the parameters to the report directly without the prompt appearing on the screen...
and use the crviewer or any ctrl to display the report

any help is highly appreciated
