help recovering NTFS MFT

Is there any way to repair or recover a corrupted or overwritten NTFS MFT? It's on my second HD on my Win2K machine. I think what happened is that the HD was not set to see whole 200 gig and the MFT was overwritten.

If you want to recover data, the best safe way is use data recover software such as EASEUS DataRecoveyWizard(
The chkdsk command can fix MFT some time, but the command is dangerous! It may destroy your data.
