HELP Re:Web Reporting v8

I am new to Crystal Web Reporting and after days of trying to find out how to go about it I am still nowhere near to a solution. I need to make the reports available on the internet, although with passwords and usernames and so they can only select from parameters and then view or print the report (real time). This will be using a live database (Oracle 8i).

I wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction, as this is becoming quite urgent now.
