has anybody encountered the following problem with InterDev 6.0 (SP4)

when I type "." in a JavaScript function, instead of IntelliSence working, I get an "abnormal program termination" and InterDev shuts down. This only happens occasionally for certain ASP pages, and more frequently for others. It also seems to happen after I've saved the page and then tried to modify the JavaScript. I've tried opening the same ASP pages on other machines, but instead there's a massive memory consumption increase causing the box to freeze.

any ideas???

I have also had a number of abnormal program terminations and all I know about them is that they always happen when they are most inconvienent. I haven't noticed any particular thing that seems to trigger it either. Although in over all interdev crashes it seems like when I highlight and drag pieces of code to another spot I get more crashes than at any other time while I am coding.

I know this is not any help but I thought you might like to know that there are others out there with the same problem. [sig]<p>Crystal<br><a href=mailto:crystals@genesis.sk.ca>crystals@genesis.sk.ca</a><br><a href= > </a><br>--------------------------------------------------<br>

installed ie 5.5 - it seems to have fixed the problem - I assume that it was thus a cross dll use problem....

Thanks that is good to know! [sig]<p>Crystal<br><a href=mailto:crystals@genesis.sk.ca>crystals@genesis.sk.ca</a><br><a href= > </a><br>--------------------------------------------------<br>
