Help Programming an Option 11

I have spent the last 15 years doing MACs on Options and CS switches, and have no done a complete install in many years. I need a little refresher help. I have an Option 11 switch, that I'm using at home for a lab. There is no programming in it at all. It will have 1 PRI, and 1 COT on a universal trunk card. Can someone just lay out for what order things needs to be programmed?
