HELP: Programming Adams SMARTPHONE 1 elevator hotline?

Rath Microtech no longer supports this model, I called and begged, etc, but they tossed all info on it.

Details: Adams Lifeline Model 2100-915ADL
Description: Elevator hotline rescue telehone

Needed: Programming information.

I have the book on the Smartphone 2 and 3, but not the early model.
Any help would be appreciated.
