help process cube

I can't process my cube. I have the error -2147221411. I think it's a problem of my provider. I work with a database Oracle.
However, I can process alone the dimension

If you are trying to process the cube from you client connection, try loging into the server itself and try processing the cube again.

Thanks you for you help.
My problem was that the file tnsnames.ora was not updated in the server. It hadn't my data concerning my database...
