Help - Problem exporting all data to Excel

When I run my report in Crystal everything is fine. I end up with 83,188 records and 1,342 pages of data. I name the file and save it in Crystal. I click on the Export button. Select Excel 5.0 and Application. Report runs, but when I go into the Excel Temp file to look at the data, all the records did not export. Last cell row number in Temp file is 16,381. Since there are 65,536 rows in Excel why didn't all my data export, and how do I fix it?

the 64000 row limit in Excel is not unconditional. It's based on width of the row. I'm not sure of the exact criteria that make up this limt but I'm sure it has a byte limit somewhere.
