Help printing on a 8,5 in X 8,5in paper size

Hi

my problem is very simple but very hard to solve for me!!

my printer is a okidata ml380 a very old matrix printer, i want the define a specific size of paper to use with my report but was unable to, the only choices i have is:

a4, b5, enveloppe us no 10, legal us, lettre us, plié, std plié allemand.

So to try to fix this issue i have set my margin to this:
top : 15.94
bottom : 65.01
left: 6.35
right:6.35

so if i have only 1 page of data to print it prints all fine in the right place, but at the end of printing it skips many lines so when my second page is staring to print all the fields are not in their place.

i can print only 15 lines on the detail section of my invoice, so if i have more fields i want it to print on another page, but right now everything is screwed up.

So is there a way to make my report not skip all those lines after every page, and print a max of 15 lines on every pages, with a total at the end.
