HELP! Printing MULTIPLE pages on one page

A client is trying to print faxes out from a remote location. First page prints fine. The 2nd page takes awhile to print and has all the following pages printed right on top of one anoter.

SO you just get one physical page with multiple pages printed on top of one another. Any ideas? I hate printing with citrix.

Sorry, forgot to add its a HP 4P and she is running windows 2000
