Help. Printing Help Files.

Does anyone know of any way I can print *.hlp files along with examples? I find the electronic help really useful, but ineffecient. When I'm working I find that I typically print the help information anyway. So, what I would like to do is print a manual without printing each individual article. Any suggestions?
