Help pls on BEFVP41 and IP Phone

Help pls on BEFVP41 and IP Phone.

im having problems in the reception using IP Phone.
I now have connection to the VPN and able to make calls overseas and locally via VPN.

Problem is the reception is bad.
Im using a cable connection VPN to VPN connecton internationally and locally.

Phone reception is bad.

Please help. im a n00b.

read up on port forwarding...have nothing else running on the pc and nothing else,even another pc using the internet,it will bleed too much bandwidth. Also whatever software you are using for voip,check options,and make sure the settings are set for the speed of connection you have...
