help plotting V8 file with HP 800, plots like its 24" instead of 36"

I'm having trouble plotting some drawings from V8 with a HP designjet 800.
I am using the printer.plt windows driver to plot, but they are coming out of the plotter like they are 24", wasting the paper. I have tried rotating and using different sizes but it won't come out landscape and use the 36"

I have other bentley drivers that will plot to a file, ie drawing.000

How do I plot the drawing.000 file. I tried using the send to, by creating a shortcut for th HP800 in my send to folder.
