Hello,

I hope someone can help please. I have a report in Access where I have a function in a text box that calculates the difference in time between two date fields, which is great. What I need is another text box at the bottom of the report where it tells me how many of the values in the Difference fields are more than 3. But i'm not exactly an expert in access and can't see which function if any to use.

I tried the DCount function but it comes back with Invalid Syntax. What I typed was=

DCount(Text16, Q-Faxes Actioned[, >3])

Text16 is the field containing the compare function, Q-Faxes is the query the report is run from.

I would really appreciate any help someone could offer!!

Thanks in advance.

Dave

Try DCount("Text16", "Q-Faxes Actioned",["[YourTextboxName]" >3])
