I have a dual processor board and my question is; if I install windows 2000 professional on the dual processor box, win2000 professional will see my two processor or the only way to use the two processor is to install win2000 server o NT4.0

No problems there...Windows 2000 will see the dual processors since it is NT-based.

No. You must use Windows NT4 Server with SP3 (or greater), or a Windows 2000 Server. You can only install the Exchange Administrator program on Windows 2000 Professional.
