I'm new to flash and I'm trying to put the date on my web page I have the action script but I can't get the date in the right place on my page. All I can do is get it to open in a new page any help would be appreciated.

create the date and its actionscript inside a movie clip then you can drag it wherever you want it or use it in multiple places or whatever.

You might also post the actionscript... I do not understand why it would be opening a new page. Ya' Gotta Love It!
