recently upgarded NAV 2002 to NAV 2003
ATI VGA monitor
P266

20GB HDD

I have recently started getting problems when re/& starting
my PC

I have searched MICROSOFT, every search engine re this error message/fatal exception

I have tried patches etc too

CAN YOU HELP WITH A HELPFUL ANSWER ASIDE OF REFORMATTING

Yes have exhausted the Symantec site and Microsoft and Every search engine I can find

There are so many tech sites around and the issue may be in one of them - have spent 18hours on this already
