help please - lisp routine needed

we create a lot of basic folder and wallet shape for printers which means we draw the same style of folder but the sizes will change, so i am hoping i can find someone that can create a parametric lisp routine to create these folders for us, if some out there can help let me know and i will post my email to you, we do have a dwg file of the basic folder we use which i could send on.

If this shape is the same only larger would just a block work?

No all size might be different, rescaling a block will not do it.
