help please installing exchage 2003 sp2 on sbs 1

Hello all,

I'm in the middle of the installation installing exchange 2003 sp2 in sbs 2003 and I have a window winth a warning saying that the version of the file catutil.exe is newer than the source.

should I override the file or not?

Any prompt help would be appreciated,

Each time one of those file questions comes up, say NO.

Thank you guys!!! Just by instint I said not to overwrite. But I went through the hard work of writting down the name and location of each file, thinking that I could replace them afterwards if needed, although I know that may not work.

Any way everything went well!!!
