I need to reset all configurations settings and image settings for an extreme networks summit x450e-48p to factory defaults(or at least I think I do)...
Currently the switch sits at the (pending-AAA) prompt which I believe is because it was stacked with another switch before (I am new to Extreme Networks, your patience in this matter would be appreciated). I have read many places to hold down the space bare to get into the bootrom prompt but when I do this I do not get any menu that even closely resembles what they mention. However i can boot into another image (command boot 2) and it acts as if it were a new switch and I can continue to log in with default setting and so on but upon reboot it takes image 1 again (Which i think it is suppose to do) and I am sitting back at the (pending-AAA) prompt. I believe I need to somehow reset image 1 to its factory defaults.
Does anyone have insight on this subject?
