do you know what mean this error when you do the command diag ppp on in cisco 760 router.

the error is Cause 26 Non-selected user clearing

and in the other router i have this message Secret fail for user atlanta. thanks...

This cause indicates the user has not been awarded the incoming call, not sure of how to progress this though?
