how can i Ping from 5224 IP phone to the ICP.

Push the up and dwon button at the same time
Keep them pushed and then release the bottom one
Then press 2,3 and 4 after each other and then release the up button

Then you go to tools and features
In this menu there is an option for ping


ACA - Implement IP Office
ACS - Implement IP Office
ACA - Implement IP Telephony
ACA - Voice Services Management

You can also do it from the maintenance screen.


Under IP Phones, select the phone and from there you can ping anywhere you want.
