HELP!!! Phaser 780 "ERROR 24" is making me crazy!

I am also getting the Phaser 780 Error 24 Message. I used the past forums to try to trouble shoot the problem. I am now trying to locate the clutch and related assemblies, but it is really difficult without a manual. Is it possible for someone to send me the link to enable me to download the manual for this? or can anyone instruct me as to where the "power supply, toner motor and gear train" are exactly so I don't remove the wrong parts. It would be most appreciated. I have been battling this all day. Thanks in advance.

Regarding the 2nd bias transfer roller-Error 24, I have narrowed it down to the "Second Bias Transfer Roller Assembly" or the "Transfer Roller Cam Solenoid". Can anyone help me with this?
