Help!!! Permission denied: access to / denied

Can't access to my server (apache 2.0.4 Redhat Linux8.0) from any host.
checked the permission of /var/

http://www/html

and all files in this directory, all with rwxr--r--.
checked httpd.conf, there's no <Files ~>.
removed index.html, can't even get the welcome page.

Desperate for help!

often the default permissions mean that you can't browse directories, so if your &quot;Directory Index&quot; for the /

http://www/html

directory points to index.htm and not index.html (for example) then it will try to browse the directory, giving you a permission denied. check your directory index and make sure it points to index.html

I did not change the &quot;Directory index&quot;, so it should points to the default &quot;index.html&quot;.

Any idea?
