Help! password is always reset

I generated these HTML files using crystal 8 and recrystallize pro. However when i access two separate reports, it always ends up prompting the user for the password. I specify "encode the password" and "use same for tables" in recrystallize, but it doesnt seem to work.
What am I doing wrong?

PS: I am converting the HTML file to an ASP and having it submit automatically with the input fields as hiddne form fields.
