I have an application written in asp/html, I am producing a table of data based on a recordset that when printed, seems to chop a row in half so the bottom of the first page has half a row and the top of the second page has the bottom half of the row so it is unreadable.

We've tried a page break option that doesn't seem to work. We've also tried table tags to define header, body and footer which does not work. Changing the Page setup doesn't help beacuse the subsequent pages might chop rows as well. Please help if you've managed to solve this type of problem. Thanks.

Your page-break has to work within your printers pre-defined page margins. In other words, if the printer has a top and bottom margin of 1/2", your page-break will have to be before the bottom margin because you can't over ride that margin.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!
