Good morning. I have really screwed up and need help desperatley! I restored a Sony laptop. I did not choose the option to format the disk. The user had Outlook 97 on the machine before. I exported what I thought was his mail folders, etc. and when I installed Outlook 2000 I tried to import them with no luck. I received this window that asked for a username and password to have access to the personal folders. I used every password I could think of and it wouldn't accept any of them. The end user did not even have a password assigned to his personal folders so I am not even sure where it came from. Do you know how to reset or remove the password? Any help would greatly be appreciated! Thank you in advance.
