I am having problem user not able to connect to exchange server. Here is the scenario:
I've create a new exchange server on a new server. Migrate all user data from old server. I went a change the server name in the mail setting from user but they are not able to connect to the new exchange server, it takes a long time and come back with work offline or retry. I hit retried, it takes about 30 seconds and it works. This happens every time I open Outlook pointing to the new server. If I change the mailbox to the old server, the connection is instanteneous. This only occurs if user are using their machine. If I ask them to use another machine that they never use before, the Outlook connection to new ex. server is quick. Is there a way to test the connection from Outlook to exchange?
