Help!? Orange Micro Firewire/USB - Freeze on Startup

I have an All in one Mac running sys 9.2 with aftermarket Orange Micro USB/Firewire PCI card. I connected a midi controller (edirol PCR-50) and all hell broke loose when I pushed a button... now the PCI card doesn't recognize Firewire drives, and if the firewire is in the port at startup, the machine locks up at the Startup screen.

Can someone help and let me know what I might do to fix? I tried extention manager with Min settings and no matter which set I use, same thing...boots fine with no firewire and hangs with it while booting?????
