Does anyone know a way to slowdown the time between calls on the escallation schedule in 4.0? The problem we have is the call to the next number in the escallation schedule is immediate if the prior number does not answer. I was looking at the outcall file in the accounts folder on the vm pro and was wondering if any programmers can add some delay time before it hits the next number. I realize this is not standard but I thought I would ask.
