HELP!!! Option 81 Fiber Remote TTY

We are experiencing issues with the TTY losing communication. It will establish communication and work for a little while, but then locks back up. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, your insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

not a common problem.. 90 percent chance that if layer one is clean your need a new fiber rec card for that cab.
