HELP!! Opening Word Mail Merge File Via. Access Command Button

Hi im currently completing a Database for a college project. And im struggling to do 1 thing (I don't know if it's possible!!!)

I've done a mail merge in Microsoft Word and saved it. Within my Database I have a switchboard... On this Switchboard I want a command button, when clicked MS Word will open with the Mail Merge file, I had saved earlier.

Is it as simple as it sounds!?!?

Have you tried using Shell to start Word and using the /m switch to specify a Word macro to run?

No I havent! U'll have to explain it to me in English!!

Basically I want to open a word document via a command button on a switchboard in access and get the document to print automatically (using a word macro) and then word to close.
