help!..Onclick event to copy form to different folder if condition tru

I have a form that has a command button that checks to see if certain fields have been changed. If so, I need this command button to copy the form to another public folder. I know it must just be a CopyTo or something. If anyone knows exactly what the syntax is like it would be greatly appreciated. I know there has to be some vbscript programmers out there that know this. thank you in advance for your time and help!
