The XML instruction below is working fine when you have IE7 or Mozilla Firefox browsers but it does not when you are using IE6.
I mean, when it works the Notepad is launched and when it doesn't nothing happens although you can see in the task manager an instance of iexplore.

I cannot upgrade my browser to IE7 so, any clue???

<layout location="342,52" size="80,65" anchor="top, left"/>

What is this? Its not html, so will not work in browsers unless its being transformed. Need more information.

XML doesn't do anything, its just a data format. What are you doing and what do you expect to happen?

The XML is executing: iexplore C:\Archiv~1\Bankin~1\VozIP~1\Notepad.exe

but it seems that if you have IE6 the iexplore command does not work.

XML does not execute anything. There must be another program involved that parses the XML and does something.
