I am having hard time setting voice mail on my ns700, all I want that if nobody picks up the phone on the call distribution group the caller will be faced with the option to leave a message that would be sent via email. I think that I am clear on setting the mailbox on the um manager but I am unclear on using 500 extensions etc. does any one have a guide of doing it right?
