I have family members who often ring with computer problems. I run XP Pro. One is runnig XP Home the other runs Win95.

Exactly (idiots guide) do I go about using remote assistance for the XP user? Secondly, can I use this in any way with Win95?

Thanx

XP Pro is the only system that can host a remote assistance system, but XP home can act as a client for it (you will find it on the XP home CD-ROM).
My suggestion for a cross platform remote control facility is to look for a VNC based package, of which there are many on the web for free.
