I would like to know if Apache can limit the number of connects per IP. For example: i want to serve several .zip files, and i just dont want that each person can download more than one file at the same time.
If yes, where can i find this option on the httpd.conf?
Thank you very much.

You can control how many servers and child processes can run but if I understand your question correctly, you just want to control the downloads. You might have to get a download script to do that type of configuration. You should be able to find something like that at .
