Help on pop-up tip 1

Hello everyone,

I'm learning ActiveX and trying to create a pop up window like a tool tip or drop down list or more like date picker from Microsoft. How do I do that? I tried to use normal window with no borders, no title bar but it doesn't look right to me. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is no easy way to learn ActiveX. It is a very complex technology. I believe you may learn faster it by using VisualBasic, but I'm not almost sure about it because I don't know VB.
