Problems encountered is when dialing for extension the line gave no sound or busy tone.
Any idea how can I fix this.
 
I think you need to stat the extensions TN number in LD 32. If the phone is a digital one, then try and reverse the wiring.
Also you might need to enable the extension by using the command ENLU "TN"
