Help on eMG800 VSF-VM: in email notification i don't get caller CID number

Hello,
i would like to ask help to narrow down this problem.
I have a STA, 399, that i use for company holiday VM. This STA has VM enabled and is programmed to send the notification with the message attached via email and then delete the message.
I have a scenario that redirect all call from all co to a group 724, type group ring. This group has only one STA, the 399, and a VSF announce. I've set the overflow destination to the VSF-VM group with overflow timer set to 1 sec. (vsf-vm group 730

I can get the whole thing working, but in the notification email i can't get the caller number
Code:
 Caller [CO --] 
 Callee [STA 399]

this happen also if i call internally the 724 group (testing phase of the group) or i call from the co line with scenario active.

Any hint?
 
ok now i've tried if i call from CO, the Caller number compare in email notification repeated two times, the first with international prefix and second time without it.
Caller [CO +39123456789 123456789]

but if call 724 from a station i get
CO ---
