Hey everyone,
I'm primarily a networking pro but I have had to wear the hat of the Access DBA as well at my new job. I need to create a report that exports into excel that takes the data in the "cost" field of the form and depreciates it by 1/13 every month for 13 months, any suggestions?

I would think that the easiest thing to do would be to export the value "Cost" to Excel and set up the depreciation there. Excel has some formulas available that will do the work for you. Then you just need to ship the cost to the spreadsheet unless there is something else going on that I'm missing.
