Help on Date and Time Issue and CCMA6.0

Hi!

The IT guys changed the CCMS time to sicronizing to an NTP Server and also NCR, NQM, and ARCHIVE. Now the Historical Reporting are worng and show reports like form 6 hours ago and back, but current reports not.

I argued the IT guys that they need to sinchronize the Signaling Server time to the NTP Server to, and restart the CCMS to this thing get right. I'm right? If not what can I do to fix this.
