Friends Is there a way I can supress the rows or colums in Cross tab if the row total is 0? .

Also I have percentage value i want to insert into cross tab and I want to get rows and colums for percentage <50%.

Any help would be great. Thanks a ton.

What total are you using? Rows should only show if there are some records that fit.

If what you need is too complex for a crosstab, then use either a mock-crosstab (use SEARCH) for details or else a subreport that analyses the same data in a different way.

It always helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.
