Help on code that is working different in Netscape

It works fine in Internet Explorer. In Netscape the bottom bar is shifted over. What can I do to correct this? Thank you.

Place bottom_1.gif in the table with the rest of your content, ie; it will occupy the last <td> area in the table.

There's always a better way...
