Help! OE6 takes 30 seconds to start...

Hi all,
after clicking the icon, the blue patch (Outlook Express 6) appeares right away and after that it take 30 seconds for program to open. After that it checks for emails in a second. During those 30 seconds the program is not in Task Manager. Tryed it with and without Zone Alarm (basic) Was workinkg fine until few days ago. Installed MS Office 2000 somewhere in those days.. That about it.
Any help? It's very frastrating to wait that long.
